The Associate Program - we look forward to meeting you on October 22th
You who are joining the program might join Advisense on different dates. However most of you are joining us in the beginning of September.
The plan is for you to spend some time first getting to know your local team, manager and getting familiar with our working tools etc. before we meet up in Stockholm to officially kick off the Associate Program on the 22 October.
Below you can find the high level plan for the Associate Program. We will meet physically on three occasions during the program and in between you will engage in digital sessions and activities.

Day 1: Onboarding Day
22 October
This is where your journey as a consultant begins.
On your first day, you’ll get to know Advisense – our culture, our services, and where we’re heading as a company. You'll also learn how we operate as a business and how we support our clients throughout their journey with us.
The day ends with an after work together with colleagues and a dinner event exclusively for all Associates. A perfect way to start building your network and having some fun!

Day 2: Deepen your understanding of Advisense and your role as a consultant
23 October
Building on the foundation from Day 1, this day focuses on developing a deeper understanding of how we operate at Advisense and what it truly means to be a consultant.
You’ll dive into key topics such as:
- Do’s and Don’ts – What You Need to Know as a Consultant
- How to Approach Sales
- Our Culture and the Consultant Role
You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with more senior Associates who will share their experiences, offer practical tips, and answer your questions about the early stages of your consulting journey.

Your manager or mentor will contact you before your first day with us. This is a good opportunity for you to ask any remaining questions you might have about your start with us.

No, we will ensure we arrange lunch for you on your first day.

Our dress code is "neat and tidy". In essence you should dress appropriately for the situation, one day it can be a formal client meeting, the next an informal day in the office. We recommend you to use your best judgement. You can leave your suit at home the first day if you feel like it 😊

The plan is to meet at our office on Östermalmstorg 1, Stockholm

The plan is to start day 1 around 10.00 to allow time to travel in to Stockholm for those of you who will do that. The program will then end around 16:00 on day 2.

The travel and hotel should be booked by you and the cost will be taken by your team. Once you have joined please use our travel management system FCM for the bookings.
